With the go ahead from the wife since they were on a very good sale, I have just placed the order for:

1. Dakota Digital VHX Drop in Gauge Cluster (Black face red light) with the dimmer switch and gear position indicator.

Kinja'd!!!

2. UMI performance stage 2 1" lowering kit.

Kinja'd!!!

3. UMI Billet Al. tie rod adjusters.

Kinja'd!!!

My wallet hurts a little bit, but the sale on all the parts was way to good to pass up. I got it all for the normal price of the suspension kit. This puts a huge dent in the parts needed for the Mali.

The body is not bolted to the frame right now, I gotta finish welding the firewall and underside, then I can bolt it to the frame to finish all the other interior welding. Just gonna be long days going zap zap with the Mig.

Before you start, you might want to go on a date with your wife.

We do have my daughter on a sleepover tonight at her Memere’s house so maybe. I think I should at least go get her flowers or something today.

Eeeeeeee! New suspension components! You’re inspiring me to install my own suspension upgrade that’s been sitting on the garage floor for weeks. Of course I have to leave on a stupid vacation today..... goddamit why can’t vacation be in the garage!?

A small act of appreciation will go a long way! Consider it making a deposit in the “good-will” bank.

I justified this as well its a 1964 car, on original suspension and cut springs, it all needs to be replaced...

There’s a guy that drives around my town in an old Falcon with a license plate that reads “LUVWYF”
